The Fall Festival will take place today from 3 to 7 p.m. at Van Alstyne Junior High after Van Alstyne ISD moved the event indoors because of the weather.
Families can still attend the planned afternoon activities, including a mechanical bull, bounce house and other Fall Festival activities. The event schedule remains 3 to 7 p.m., with the location changed from the original plan to the junior high.
Guests should park in the parking lot behind Van Alstyne Junior High and enter through the back doors.
The event announcement said the festival will bring the Panther community together for the afternoon and will take place rain or shine.
