Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott sat out the entire preseason, not participating in any snaps during the team's three-game schedule. Since 2020, he has relied on wide receiver CeeDee Lamb, and the recent addition of George Pickens in the 2025 offseason has bolstered his receiving options.

Last season, Prescott achieved notable success, recording 4,552 passing yards and 30 touchdown passes from 600 attempts, marking the second-highest total of his career. The Cowboys are aiming for a more balanced offensive approach this season, which may result in fewer touchdown passes for Prescott. Furthermore, a new defensive scheme under coordinator Christian Parker could help the offense avoid frequent catch-up situations.

With Lamb and Pickens as his primary receiving duo, Prescott has the potential to surpass 4,000 passing yards in the upcoming 2026 season.
