Van Alstyne Council to Review Tax Increment Zone Amendment

Van Alstyne City Council will hold a July 14, 2026, public hearing on an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 1064 and the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone One financing plan. The measure would modify the city's tax increment participation to exclude the Interest and Sinking tax rate.
