The Dallas Cowboys will play Sunday’s game against the Washington Commanders without starting inside linebacker DeMarvion Overshown, according to cbssports.com. Overshown sustained the hamstring injury in last Sunday’s loss to the New York Giants.

Coach Brian Schottenheimer said the 26-year-old is expected to miss one or two weeks. The injury has already ruled him out of the matchup with Washington.

Overshown’s status could also affect Dallas’ Week 3 game against the Baltimore Ravens. He could miss that matchup if the hamstring injury continues to keep him out of practice. The report did not include additional details about his recovery.
