As the 2026 NFL season approaches, the Dallas Cowboys are preparing with a roster that remains largely healthy. The team has been fortunate to avoid significant injuries during the offseason, hoping this trend continues.

Currently, two players are managing injuries. Defensive lineman Jonathan Bullard is recovering from an abs/groin issue and was observed engaging in rehabilitation activities on September 1. This suggests he might be available for the season opener, although he might require more time to fully heal.

Guard Ajani Cornelius, who has shown potential in training camp, is also on the mend. He missed practice on September 2 but was seen working on his rehabilitation on September 1, indicating he could be ready for Week 1, contingent on his recovery progress.

Additionally, linebacker Marist Liufau and cornerback Devin Moore have been designated to injured reserve. Liufau is recovering from a fractured forearm that necessitated surgery, while Moore is dealing with a hip injury following previous groin issues. Given Moore's injury history, his potential impact this season remains uncertain.

Updates on Bullard and Cornelius are anticipated as the week unfolds, while Liufau and Moore will be out for at least the first month of the season.
