Henry To’oTo’o is expected to miss time after a shoulder injury in the Houston Texans’ 36-31 defeat against the Buffalo Bills in Week 1. Coach DeMeco Ryans disclosed the injury update on Sept. 14.
To’oTo’o made two tackles before leaving in the fourth quarter. He did not come back into the game, which remained undecided at the time. The linebacker finished the 2025 season with 95 tackles after recording more than 100 in 2024.
The injury creates another issue for Houston’s linebacker unit. Troy Chapman of Over The Cap wrote on X that the development was unsurprising after To’oTo’o was seen with a sling. Garret Williams, using the name Houston Stressans, identified Wade Woodaz and Jake Hansen as potential choices, though Hansen was also hurt during the game.
No further information about To’oTo’o’s injury was released. The report was based on information from heavy.com.
