The Boston Red Sox secured a 6-3 victory over the Texas Rangers on Saturday, overcoming an early deficit with a decisive offensive push in the final innings. The win improves Boston’s record to 29-39, while the Rangers fall to 34-36.

The game remained tightly contested through the middle frames, with both bullpens working to contain the opposing offenses. Texas took an early lead in the third inning when Langford singled to center, allowing Lopez to score on a fielding error by second baseman Kiner-Falefa. The Rangers tied the game shortly after when Gasper singled to right, bringing Kiner-Falefa home. Abreu then extended the lead slightly with a single to right that scored Mayer, making it 2-1 Texas.

The Red Sox offense exploded in the eighth inning, breaking the game open with back-to-back home runs. Burger launched a 421-foot homer to center field, cutting the deficit to 4-3.
