Century 21 Real Estate has added a North Texas affiliate through an agreement with Crew Real Estate, a Van Alstyne-based firm founded in 2022 by Billy Medlock. The operation will now function as Century 21 Crew, serving residential and commercial clients while specializing in farm, ranch, and land transactions across the region.
Medlock stated that the affiliation aims to provide agents with additional tools and resources to support their clients. He also indicated plans for future growth, including potential mergers and acquisitions. The Van Alstyne office is located approximately 50 miles north of Dallas.
Other recent industry activity includes The Agency absorbing a Christie’s International Real Estate affiliate with 1,200 agents in the tri-state area, Howard Hanna acquiring a South Carolina brokerage, and Elliman entering the Paris market. Details regarding specific financial terms for the Century 21 deal were not provided.
