The Texas Rangers snapped a five-game losing streak with a 4-1 victory over the Los Angeles Angels at Angel Stadium on Tuesday. The decisive moment arrived in the bottom of the tenth inning when Evan Carter’s single drove in two runs to break a 2-1 deadlock.

The Angels struck first in the top of the first inning when Mike Trout homered to center field, measuring 418 feet. The ball gave Los Angeles a 1-0 lead that held until the fourth inning. In the bottom of the fourth, Adolis Garcia singled to left field, allowing Nathaniel Lowe to score and tie the game at 1-1.
